JIC Magic S14 updates

I have been keeping pretty busy at work, we are preparing to start production here in the USA so as you can imagine it’s pretty crazy around the shop. I am going to try and update more since I know I have been neglecting the blog so I figured I would throw up some stuff I’ve done recently at work.

Pump Play

Just finished my first pump, I bought a half blocked oracle with a CCM pump kit on it, everything else was stock and missing reg and on off asa. As soon as I got it I figured out what parts I wanted and placed an order with ANSGear and CCM.

CCM Lower tube kit
CCM Return spring (mine was missing and I like the way it feels with a spring)
CP V2 Reg
CP Mini Rail and Mini On/Off
New line and fittings and new grips
100 Round hopper

Everything got here today so I just threw it all together. Has my SLP tank on it because I am still waiting on a high pressure 48/4500. Pics have my stock G6R barrel on it and last pic is with the Fibur Barrel I will probably use most of the time. Thinking about ordering a Eigenbarrel though. Cant wait to play with it on Sunday, maybe I will like it so much I wont even pull my G6R out of the bag.

I may re-anno but I want to play with it for a while first since it will probably be down for 2 weeks to a month when I anno. I am thinking about changing the pump handle to an easy grip delrin handle I dont really like the clear dildo handle but im going to play with it first. Also probably going to pick up a new frame because I am not a fan of the double trigger. We will see after Sunday what I want to change. Also the CCM lower tube kit is night and day different from the stock internals! So nice and smooth.

I always drive the 510 because I love driving it, it’s fun to drive and it’s pretty reliable even though I really don’t take care of it at all. Last Sunday after running a bunch of errands I parked the car and the right rear wheel cylinder just randomly decided to explode. It had been leaking for a while so I guess it wasn’t much of a surprise. Limped it to work and while I was waiting for parts I decided to take care of some little things I have been putting off forever. The car hasn’t been charging for the last year or so and so I usually just put it on the charger once a week and charge the battery up. As long as the car is running I usually am too busy with other projects to work on the 510 so it gets neglected! So I ordered a new Saturn sl2 single wire alternator and put it on the car, now it’s charging 14+ volts with the lights on at idle. Great no more jumping the car or pop starting it. Also did an oil and transmission oil change because I haven’t changed the oil since I started driving the car 2 years ago changed out the wheel cylinder and then revalved the rear Coilovers. They were originally dampers from my s13 so the dampening was way too stiff and the rear suspension never really had any travel because of it. Got them all setup properly and the car rides soooooo good now it’s night and day. Also handles a lot better now that the rear suspension moves. Still need to soften up the fronts some and maybe order new springs. That’s it for now some other little things like s13 rear seat and misc interior pieces. I’ll post up info later.

S14 Seat Rails

Made up some seat rails for the 14 at the shop, wanted it as far back and low as possible. Also had to redo the harness bar to so the seat could go back far enough because the shop that did the cage originally built it for a midget I’m pretty sure.

Custom G6R

I have been paintballing a lot lately and my Autococker SR was a great gun for the price but it just wasn’t as good as I wanted it to be. So I picked up a new Texas storm G6R I must admit the gun is amazing it shoots so nice and it will shoot as fast as the hopper will
Load. So happy with the purchase I really have no compaints about the gun. It comes stock with a pillow bolt and added lp poppet and 4c laser eyes. I wanted to make the gun a little more unique though so I sent it off to CS Paintball to have a custom color scheme anno’d and then lasered with a toki doki collage that I put together. Hopefully now my gun will get jocked more then my stand!
